This elegant and contemporary 91 sq.m. villa offers a luxurious living experience, featuring three bedrooms, modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living room, and a stunning 30 sq.m. infinity pool with a depth of 1.35 meters. Notably, the third bedroom enjoys a private setting with direct pool access, though it is not directly connected to the kitchen and living area.

The outdoor space is expansive and inviting, offering breathtaking views that create an unparalleled ambiance. Situated within a residential complex surrounded by other homes, the villa includes a designated private parking area. Access is conveniently provided through a private entrance, which incorporates a few steps.

The villa enjoys a serene location just 200 meters from the quaint village of Mariou, home to a charming traditional tavern. The vibrant coastal town of Plakias, famous for its expansive sandy beach and diverse attractions, lies just 4 kilometers from the villa, while the nearest sandy beach is a short 3-kilometer drive.

The area offers a wealth of natural and cultural attractions, including the Kourtaliotis and Kotsifou gorges, the historic Preveli Monastery, and pristine beaches such as Ammoudi, Schinaria, Damnoni, Souda, Plakias, and the enchanting Preveli beach with its iconic palm forest.
