Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users, as there is no elevator for the upper floor.

Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! No shared areas!

In a delightful route of olive trees and vines, between high mountains and rivers, Frajeskiana Metochia, built at an altitude of about 200 meters, is a picturesque and peaceful settlement. Cancellation policy:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price on the booking date.
The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel 30 days prior to arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up it will be charged the total price of the reservation.
