Park your car in the private parking space. Proceed upstairs; on your right you will find the veranda with a gas BBQ and a dining table. Entering the house, you will find an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. A full bathroom is located near the entrance, and the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is also on this level.

On the lower level, bedrooms 2 and 3 are completely independent from the main house. Each bedroom has its own private entrance, locks individually, and includes an ensuite bathroom. These rooms have no internal connection to the upper level, ensuring full privacy.

Also on the lower level, at the rear of the property, is the guest house, which is rented as part of the villa. This is an ideal option if you are traveling with friends or family members and wish to enjoy additional privacy.

The private pool is a highlight of the villa, measuring 33 m² and offering sea views. You can relax in the shade under the pergola and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

The village of Plakias is situated on the shore of the Libyan Sea. Plakias name is taken after the large number of stones, which are called “plakes” in Greek.
Plakias was a small village in the late 19th century, which in recent decades has transformed to a popular resort. Especially, during the 60s beaches of Yialia, as the beachfront of the wider area is called, were a favorite destination for hippies. Now it’s a popular resort and a base for visiting the natural beauties of the region.

Plakias Village is situated between two canyons (Kotsifos and Kourtaliotis). The Kourtaliotis River flows through the Kourtaliotiko Gorge, which is characterized by dense vegetation and high-pitched stone volumes on both sides. Kourtaliotiko Gorge is really a masterpiece of nature and you definitely must visit it.

Plakias is a popular village offering many different kinds of activities (scuba diving, snorkeling, boat trips, horse riding, and more). Traditional tavernas line the coast, serving up mouthwatering Cretan cuisine featuring fresh fish and local produce. Quaint cafes dotting the narrow streets invite you to savor Greek coffee and pastries, while charming shops showcase handmade crafts, souvenirs, and local products like olive oil.
