Villa Anastasia is an ecological, traditional villa offering absolute privacy. It was built in 2001 in the quiet village of Prines only 6km from the vibrant town of Rethymnon, Crete.

The air-conditioned ground-floor Villa has 120 m² of living space.

There is a nice, spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen ( with all cooking facilities ), a corner fireplace and a stone corner seating area. There is also a wooden dining area with sufficient place settings for up to four people. The big balcony door opens up to the private garden in where exists a big dining table also for five people. Wi Fi internet is available in every room. There is a flat screen satellite TV in the living room and air conditioning in the entire house (use of a/c is included in the price). In the kitchen, there’s everything you’ll need to prepare light snacks or more formal dinners.
On the same floor a tiny hall leads to two bedrooms , one with one double bed and one with two twin beds.Both of the bedrooms have garden view.On that floor also there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin and inside the bathroom you will find a washing machine for your convinience!
A staircase connects the ground floor with the first floor where exists one bedroom with one double bed.Also there is an en-suite shower inside the bedroom and a small dressing room.

Outside area

Outside the split level terraces , there is a comfortable furnished patio with a large hand made stone sofa and a stone built BBQ , set next to the sofa.The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying a dinner with family and friends.
This villa is located in a peaceful area where you can take a ride through it and you can feel the absolute natural beauty of the island. Sun loungers are provided for our guests next to the pool and umbrellas also.An external shower is at its one end of the swimming pool.

Guests will have access to all areas indoor and outdoor!

Cancellation policy:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price on the booking date.
The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel 30 days prior to arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up it will be charged the total price of the reservation.
