-Please note that this is a house with flights of stairs leading to the roof terrace. Also, there are stairs leading you from the main entrance of the building to the entrance of the house.
With that in mind, special attention is needed in case there are children in the house.

Cancellation policy:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price on the booking date.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel 21 days prior to arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up it will be charged the total price of the reservation.
