Minoos Residence is located in an alley central to the old town. It is not accessible by car but the parallel street is accessible.

Bedroom 3 with large double bed and an attic with two mattresses for two children (80x160cm) and AC, smart TV, closet, and drawer.

TVs are NOT connected to an antenna and have NO channels. They are connected online so you can use online apps or your netflix-Prime accounts.
Wifi connection is all over the house free of charge.

Outdoor
Roof terrace with a little pool (Out of order from 1st November to 1st April).
BBQ grill with gas.
Dining table and seating area.
A mini fridge, a kitchen bench and a sink.

To maintain the pool, the handyman has to enter the house. You will be informed about the schedule upon arrival.

Guests will have access to all areas indoor.

There are several bus routes, which may not be convenient throughout the year.

Cancellation policy:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price on the booking date.
The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel 30 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up it will be charged the total price of the reservation.
