2 floors & a vast surrounding area. You will be captivated by the breathtaking view & the peaceful atmosphere. If you still have doubts imagine yourself being by the pool and gazing at the sunset on the horizon, sitting at the dining table gazing at the blue sea, or sitting on the balcony gazing at the waves. If that is not enough to persuade you, then check the BBQ facilities and the privacy you can benefit from.

Gerani Caves is an exclusive neighborhood that you can only enter if you are a tenant or a member of the personnel there. All the Villas are built up to a hill to offer magnificent views.
The access to the beach is 500 meters on foot. Close by is Seaside restaurant and the village is about 1.6 km away. There you can find a pharmacy, supermarket, bank ATM, more taverns and cafes. The cave was accidentally discovered on March 15, 1969 during construction works for the modern highway. A pathway leads to the cave.

The highway is just a few meters from the villa, which is a privilege for those who want to use it as a fortress to explore the island. The highway is close so guests can see it over the balcony or the patio at the pool.

Rethymno is 6.6 km away and it is worth visiting it. Rethymno is a gorgeous little port city, one of the best-preserved towns in Crete, which maintains its aristocratic character, with elegant buildings from the 16th century, arched passages, narrow alleys, and Byzantine monuments. As a result, Rethymno’s old town is a romantic landscape of eras bygone.

Chania City is 52.3 km away and the airport 60 km.
Heraklion City 86 km away and the airport 90 km.

A car rental is recommended to make your transportation more easier.
There is a bus connection with Rethymno up to the highway or in village.
