This beautiful two bedroom house belongs to a nice development called Karoti Pano Residence in a traditional Cretan village. Fantastic views of the White Mountains and the Mediterranean sea. Fully equipped for you to enjoy a fantastic vacation on Crete! The house is freshly decorated and furnished.

Karoti 21 is laid on one floor. Entering the house, there is a living area and an open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with all the facilities and devices where you can prepare your meals.
There are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower, a washing machine is there for use in the cabinet next to the entrance.

The patio has enough space to enjoy coffee or meals while sitting in the shadow of the tent.
On the roof terrace, you can feel the clean air and you can relax on the sunbeds. From there, you can enjoy the spectacular sea view by sunset, the mountains, and the green fields of Crete!
The outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying a dinner with family and friends.

The big pool in the middle of the development and the gardens around are shared. Access to the common pool with a children's pool.

The area surrounding the house is ideal for walks and bike rides in the countryside, and also affords very easy access to the major sites Crete has to offer (4 km to the National Road).

Karoti is a little charming village with approx. 250 inhabitants. It is located between Hania and Rethymno. The distance to Rethymno is about 15 km and to Hania about 50 km. The long sandy beach with a restaurant-bar is only 2 km away.
Karoti village has 2 kafeneions and 1 tavern. The tavern is not always open, but if you go there in the morning and tell the owner, what time and what you would like to eat, the tavern will prepare everything for you.

The biggest village of Rethymno county – Episkopi - is about 1km away from the development. It is a nice walk to the village taking the direct road (about 15min).

A rental car is highly reccommended.
