"Green Suite" is one of the three suites, in beachfront Seaside Palette Apts, which is located in majestic Rethymno. The view is stunning and you can "jump" into the sea whenever you feel it as the beach lies just below the building. The sound of the sea will bring you all the calmness and peace you need.

Only a few meters from the beach and at a walking distance away from the city center, where you can find everything you may need. The house is just steps from local bakeries, supermarkets, ATM machines, liquor stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and night life.

Guests will have access to all indoor area and the common outdoor area.

We will send you a message just before your holiday starts so you will have our arrival details. We will be in contact with you during your arrival in order to make sure you check in properly.
Even if we will not be able to be there to welcome you in the house/villa, we will make an appointment within the same or the next day in order to help you with any questions you have about the house details but also suggestions for places you can visit.
Once you arrive, you just let yourself in & start to enjoy your holiday.

Rethymno is a gorgeous little port city, one of the best-preserved towns in Crete, which maintains its aristocratic character, with elegant buildings from the 16th century, arched passages, narrow alleys, and Byzantine monuments. As a result, Rethymno’s old town is a romantic landscape of eras bygone.

Cancellation policy:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price on the booking date.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel 21 days prior to arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up it will be charged the total price of the reservation.
