The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay with high-quality furniture and appliances.
The ground floor consists of an open space living room and kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, also, a dishwasher and washing machine.

The first floor has a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together for a double bed. The bedroom has a very spacious wardrobe as well. There is a ceiling fun in that bedroom and also there is air conditioning. On the same floor, there is a toilet with shower-corner.

The top floor can be used as an office. There are a small sofa bed, an office table and an A/C unit. It is also the exit to the veranda, a perfect spot i eating breakfast or dinner. It is equipped with 2 chairs, a small table and an umbrella for shade.

Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users, as there is no elevator for the upper floor.

The old town of Rethymnon is one of the best-preserved towns of the Renaissance. Lying in the heart of modern Rethymnon, it combines the oriental features of the Turkish period with Renaissance-style Venetian architecture.
After the Venetian conquest of Crete (1204), the town of Rethymnon was built according to the rules of Venetian architecture.Today the old town of Rethymnon is a living museum of monuments of past centuries. Despite the damage sustained in the Second World War, many Venetian and Turkish monuments still stand, especially as the town has not been struck by major earthquakes.

The bus stop is only 450m away from the house. Local taverns, super markets, cafe and more are around within a walking distance. Also, if you are planning to hire a car, parking spaces are at about 30m.

Cancellation policy:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price on the booking date.

If the guest doesn’t show up it will be charged the total price of the reservation.
