Villa Paparouna is located in Akrotiri, very close to picturesque city of Chania. Its spectacular view over Chania city and the sea makes Villa Paparouna an amazing choice to spend your holidays.

Villa Paparouna is built on a hill in Akrotiri, Chania. The villa lays on the ground floor of a 3 storey building and is over 100 sq.m. The villa offers privacy to its guests and panoramic views as it is facing the Cretan sea. By the gigantic private pool you can glaze everyday sunset, while having a drink with family or friends. Villa Paparouna, also, stands out for its convenient space arrangement. It consists of a fully equipped studio, which is connected to the main house and it is ideal for families or couples traveling together and seeking for some privacy but comfort at the same time.

From the private entrance the guests get in the living room, dinning and kitchen area. On the back of the room, on your left you find a laundry machine storage room and then you enter in the main bathroom. The classic decorated bedroom is on the left as well. One more bedroom is on the right. The studio consists of a double bed, a sofa bed, an office, a fully equipped kitchen and en-suite bathroom. There is a private exit to the garden.

On the left of the main entrance is an outdoor shower and a private bathroom.

Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users, as there is no bathroom with easy access.

Guests have access to all areas, indoor and outdoor. Although there is an apartment on the top, the ground floor part is Villa Paparouna and all the outdoor facilities are totally and only accessible to Villa Paparouna's guests.

Villa Paparouna is located in Akrotiri, Chania. You are only 15 minutes (by car) away from the gorgeous Chania City. In just a few minutes by car, you can visit several monasteries- monuments or go swimming to some of the most beautiful local beaches of the area (like Stavros, Loutraki or Marathi). On foot you can visit the protected St Mathew forest for a walk The closest super market is 3km.

A car is recommended to make your transfer easier.

Cancellation policy:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price on the booking date.
The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel 30 days prior to arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up it will be charged the total price of the reservation.
